Foeder-Aged Blonde Saison

Aged for 122 days and fermented by the mixed yeast culture living in the nooks and crannies of our foeder, this white wine-like beer exhibits notes of pear, kiwi and lychee. Slightly tart, dry and not bitter at all (10 IBU), the 6.5% abv is as smooth as can be and will have make diehard wine drinkers think twice about what a beer can be.
